Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent, keeping in line with the standards set by our payment processing partner, Paddle.com.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • 2.1 Initial Purchase: Customers are eligible to request a refund within 30 days of their initial purchase unless stated otherwise during the purchase process.
  • 2.2 Renewals: For subscription renewals, refund requests must be made within 14 days of the billing date.
  • 2.3 Exceptions: Refunds may not be granted if a customer has significantly used the service, violated our terms of use, or for issues not related to the functionality of our service (e.g., change of mind).

  • 3.2 Verification: Our team will verify the purchase through Paddle.com and assess the eligibility for a refund.
  • 3.3 Response Time: We aim to process refund requests within 7 business days of receipt.

4. Refund Method

  • 4.1 Refund Via Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during the transaction, by Paddle.com's policies.

5. Subscription Cancellation

  • 5.1 Cancel Anytime: Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by accessing your account settings or contacting our support team.
  • 5.2 Post-Cancellation Access: After cancellation, you will have access to your subscription until the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services or features of PayrollRabbit may be non-refundable. These will be clearly marked as “non-refundable” during the purchase process.

  • 7.1 Updates: PayrollRabbit reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
